Michael has over 20 years of professional experience in the wireless communications and internet industry. His experience and education in the wireless industry include, management, research and development, systems testing and integration, and advanced technical support.

Michael's tenure at Ericsson started in 1990 and his most recent position in 2003 was manager of Ericsson Global 2nd line Support organization for MSC, BSC, and Wireline products. Michael managed a team of 40 emergency support engineers and designers providing advanced-emergency support to Ericsson's worldwide customer base.

Michael is the sole inventor for the distinguished wireless internet patent 6,061,718. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering and has attended Central Texas College, Southern Methodist University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Harvard Business School.

Aside from his management background, Michael has held technical positions at Hughes Network Systems as a wireless-applications engineer, Davis and Associates as a research and development engineer in RF design, and several long-term international assignments including Brazil, Sweden, and China as a GSM support engineer.
